A variant of our Cuvée Brut, Extra-Brut lets wine lovers rediscover the Maison’s identity through a dosage of 5 g/l, which emphasizes the signature of the Ambonnay terroir.
The first of the estate’s discoveries, the Cuvée Brut, reflects its origins : Ambonnay, a Pinot Noir village. It is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It captures the know-how of Maison Déthune.
