70% Pinot Noir (black varietal) and 30% Chardonnay (white varietal) including 30 to 50% of reserve wine from a period of 40 different years, aged and vinified in wood, in 34 hl oak tuns, guarantee this wine a very consistent quality.

Dosage 5 gr/liter.

Eye : Luminous and fluid appearance, light straw yellow color, deep pale yellow reflections.

Nose : Wet chalk, blackcurrant, raspberry, honeysuckle flowers, apricot, pomelo, liquorice.

Aeration : Lemongrass, wild strawberry, almond, pomegranate, elderberry honey, quince compote, cashew nuts, sunflower, dried flowers.

Mouth : Clean and fresh attack, generous creamy effervescence, crispness, lemony acidity, pomelo, fleshy fruits, chalky-clay minerality, vinosity, freshness.
